This!!! I am sure Abhimanyu will be an amazing father but will he be able to prioritize Abhir over Ruhi? If he gets custody of Abhir, Abhimanyu will be the sole parent in the birla house and he will have to prioritize Abhir over Ruhi especially considering Abhirs medical condition. Can Abhi also guarantee that Abhir will not be mistreated by his future wife? Even without Abhir being in Abhis life permanently arohi is trying to get rid of the child and his mom, what will happen if Abhir lives in birla house? I am sure Manjari will be very nice to Abhir but can he guarantee the same for Mahima? Most people in that family are toxic. On the other hand Abhinav knows about Abhirs father and even if the Sharmas continue to stay with the Goenkas this much is true that no one will treat Abhir differently. Akshara will be blamed etc but Abhir will not. Also Abhir has lived with Akshara and Abhinav for five years. They are the only parents he knows. He may love his docman but he obviously loves his parents (adopted dad and bio mom) more. He will resent Abhi if he takes him from Abhinav. I do think a custody battle will happen since Abhis first reaction is always anger, he also has that crazy Manjari in his ear all the time. And as someone predicted he will probably win but he will see Akshara getting a panic attack and Abhinav break down and give up Abhir to the Sharmas. I do hope he finds out how arohi meddled and breaks his engagement.

Akshara and Abhimanyu will fight and when Akshara will be bad mouthed Abhimanyu will support her and this soul loves will unite. I don't think Abhimanyu will talk against Abhinav but will remain silent as his lawyer will tell to win case he needs that.

In all this fight Abhinav might start feeling that he will loose his Nikkiji and will make some mistake. As we have seen his anger only comes with Abhir. They might make him look bad.

So basically the only person who is going to suffer in all this is Abhinav.
