Abhimanyu has a right to discuss about Abhir's safety as a kid regardless how much of a POS he is. Akshara is behaving impulsively as a parent by neither listening to him as neither a doctor nor as someone who Abhir holds dear. I hope they don't butcher her character anymore in the upcoming future. If they do, I am afraid Ak will lose custody of Abhir. If a case does happen.

Akshara is not even considering Abhinav's opinion in this properly. She has grown overtly impulsive in this current track. The writers are doing her a lot of injustice.

And Abhimanyu Birla is back to his shouting and accusing. I feel bad for everyone who thought this guy can change. I want full on custody battle. Akshu should bring out all the atrocities she had to face at the hands of Birlas and make them answer. Cvs want drama because trp comes with drama. Abhimanyu changing overnight and being extra nice won't bring drama. Akshara v/s Abhimanyu on the other hand is a sure shot trp winner track. And Abhinav being Akshu's support and help her getting back their son will also appeal to trp audience. May be after the custody battle Abhimanyu will get some sense and truly realize the damage he has done and repent. I really want them to go the co-parenting way, without any negativity because it will be a refreshing change.

Even Akshara has no control over her anger, the other day she attacked an on duty doctor before that she attacked her husband and she definitely takes impulsive decisions like taking her child to USA for treatment and stalling an on going treatment because of her personal issues with the doctor?
Most importantly, they can't pay for Abhir's medical bills, everything is being covered by Birla hospital (Abhir's father's money)

Why should she maintain custody?

Abhimanyu is not unfit to be a father because he has been an amazing one to Roohi, who isn't even his biological child

Ab is definitely a father to Roo but amazing.. letting d child do whatever they want or always getting their way isn't amazing parenting. Plus the amazing father avatar easily vanquished when he was busy chasing his ex-wife. . . Most importantly, he can't operate on Abhir anymore since he's his father so at best they can invite other good surgeons & arrange everything at Birla hospital. And Ak's maternal family is rich enough to finance d surgery whether it happens in US or India. Ak might be selling jam in Kasauli at her own accord, but that doesn't negate d fact that she's heiress to a millionaire & have legal share in their property. . . . At this pt., I can't think of any solid reasons on Ab's sides but definitely makers will think of something if it's going d way of custody battle.
