Abhimanyu has been a father to Roohi and hasn't been a bad one, Roohi isn't even his daughter and he has been a very good father like figure to Abhir too, even though he knows Abhir as Akshara's son with Abhinav, his feelings for Akshara have not affected the way he feels for Abhir

How is he not fit to be a father?

In the promo, Abhimanyu says that "Akshara alone can't decide what's good for Abhir"

He never says anything against Akshara as a mother

This is on the basis of promo that we have, when they go for custody both parties will try to prove that other one is not fit, this is completely acceptable legal procedure and it is upto the judge to decide whether they should co parent or one of them should get some custody

A court case is the most correct way of handling any dispute, if someone is opting for it then they are right

And what u think what he will say to the court? How can he demand abhir custody? And why would abhir chose him over his mama papa?

I am not saying it’s wrong and it’s actually the best way to solve disputes - I am in this field myself. However, we’re talking about Abhimanyu declaring the love of his life an unfit mother.
it would be better if they talk it out. With the promo we can’t really tell but it does look like a custody battle coming as opposed to being talked out.

Abhimanyu is Abhir's father, love of his life (Who is another man's wife) can't mean more than his only child and she should not

Abhimanyu would have disappointed me if he had relinquished rights on his son because he "loves" Akshara

Akshara has moved on with Abhinav, why should Abhimanyu stay in that relationship? He should move on too

That's for the judge (Makers) to decide and having seen many custody cases we know that there'll be revelation that Akshara called to tell him the truth then there'll be 10 episodes of tears and apologies and what not

He takes medication for anxiety, he has no control over his anger and makes decisions impulsively, and the worst out of all, he lives in a household with abusive people. Why should he get custody under these circumstances? He can get visitation rights is all I can think of.

Abhimanyu is a father to Roohi, if his anxiety medicines are not affecting his work as a surgeon, I doubt it can be a ground to declare him unfit as a parent

Even Akshara has no control over her anger, the other day she attacked an on duty doctor before that she attacked her husband and she definitely takes impulsive decisions like taking her child to USA for treatment and stalling an on going treatment because of her personal issues with the doctor?

Most importantly, they can't pay for Abhir's medical bills, everything is being covered by Birla hospital (Abhir's father's money)

Why should she maintain custody?

Verdict is upto the judge

Abhimanyu is not unfit to be a father because he has been an amazing one to Roohi, who isn't even his biological child

I don't find anything wrong in abhimanyu going for custody battle as akshu hidden this and taunted him saying his mummy papa will take decision ignoring abhi is a doctor.she constantly mocked abhi saying he is a stranger to abhir where as abhi has every right on abhir legally. Abhi was impulsive before now akshu is more impulsive. She just took decision of going to US. Without even giving second thought on abhir's biological fathers opinion.

Why abhi should bear the cost of loosing his child due to negligency by akshu. She might take such decisions in future too.

If the argument is abhi throwed her out when she miscarried then abhi is not the reason for miscarriage. The reason was akshu's decision to save those kids rather than contacting police or taking some other route.

She is repeating her mistake again. Abhi has already lost 2 ppl six years before he definitely don't want to risk abhir's life because of akshu's impulsive decisions.

Abhir is only 5 years and he is attached to his mom so a father cannot get custody right away

Abhinav can be denied any rights but not akshu

Court cases are nasty and throwing of dirtiest allegations it will be a nice watch anyway

Want to see akshu s legal skills

What will abhir choose mumma papa or doc man

At last Abhinav will die handing over abhir to Abhimanyu and abhir will grow up hating doc man Ruhi hating abhir if there is gen 4

Or the serial can end with nav dying and family reuniting

Arohi will get away with it like always. Still wondering how he finds out. I’m sure someone talks about it and he overhears it. There’s no way he’ll use his own brain and connect the dots because he doesn’t have one.

I guess it will be easy to find out as everyone is talking about this in public that Abhi should not find out that Abhir is his son.
