Yes the suicide drama was just to drag & make Angad misunderstand Sahiba more and mistreat her. For sure she will come up with fake pregnancy drama

Angad literally said he wants her to be known as the woman her husband left. Why would he stop her? Unless before entering she asks him for few days to expose, unlikely.
