Virakhi are legal adoptive parents right. Not Pakhi alone. And Virat is his biological parent too. Pakhi is his surrogate mother. If SaiRat come together, I see they can have an upper hand on Pakhi over Vinu's custody but Virat alone, I don't know. P knows that Vinu is her trump card to chain Sai. Virat is not worth putting efforts. He is dumb anyway.

I think legally Pakhi has a right not to sign divorce papers and drag him to court. If she signs, it becomes divorce by mutual decision.
