I was watching the promo and I felt that Maa Begum, Murtasim Khan and Haya know about finalizing Mariyam's proposal but not Murtasim Khan's wife and his sister who is going to be bride. Shouldn't it be like they inform the news first to the bride to be and then to the 'Khaani' of the house?
He should and like you said he will.. he will suffer in silence despite all the luxury in life while she will get a reality check of the real life!

And THEN, at the end scene, he hears all of Naurez’s talk about not being able to keep a girl happy, so he is feeling upset and frustrated that he can’t keep Meerab happy despite his efforts. And this sensing that she’s hiding something - he thinks it’s her lingering interest/love for rohail, and that’s why she’s not really happy or in love with him. All of their conversations in this episode- he’s been assuming the wrong thing. And you know what they say about assumptions… they make an ASS out of you and me. They are mixing up their intentions REAL BAD… but this time Murtasim is screwing up with his assumptions.
