Arohi felt to tell news to abhimnayu but obliviously ruhi is stopping her. She saw insurance advertisement on road and decided not to tell. I think she feels abhimnayu is like her insurance. And she has too much confidence on his promise for ruhi. She is soo insecure in todays episode and abhimnayu felt there is something wrong in her behaviour.
