Compromises, Tough Decisions, Efforts to gain Happiness

I loved today's episode.

Let me start with Satya. I felt he is the only character in today's episode who was thinking about others (his family's) happiness over his own. He wants marriage with *Conditions applied tag. In short, Ghum ke language mein bolu toh another deal marriage. 😆He wants to give the woman he will marry status of a wife but not love nor commitment. Basically he wants to get into a compromised marriage for his family's happiness.

I really felt sorry for Sai today. Her scene with Usha Maushi reminded me of that scene where Virat tells her, "Sai you have Savi with you...you spend your life with her...let Pakhi live with Vinu." At that time she rightfully refused Virat's offer but today she had to take the toughest decision of her life, to let go off her one child. Till now she was thinking as a mother. She returned to CN keeping her self respect aside because she wanted to fulfill Savi’s wish of living with her Baba. Today she kept her motherhood aside and decided to give utmost importance to her self respect even if that means putting a stop to her efforts to make Vinu accept her as his mother and separating Savi from her Baba and Vinu Dada. She had to accept that Vinu can never accept her as his Aai, Patralekha will always be his mother in his eyes and has made peace with the fact that at least Vinu doesn't hate her anymore nor has any negative feelings in his heart for her. The only reason she has decided to not accept Virat's proposal is because she doesn't want to be the reason behind a marriage breaking and not because once upon a time Virat failed to be a good husband to her.

Virat on the other hand is on cloud nine. He is being impatient and impulsive and I could understand his pov too. His dialogues in the scene where he was imagining Sai were so meaningful. He was devoid of real happiness all these years due to his own blunders and mistakes. He said if he had the power to rewind time he would have moved it back to that phase where Sai and him were together. That also meant he would have never made those mistakes due to which Sai left him. He said why it took him so long to get Sai back in his life. Somewhere he does regret making those mistakes and letting Sai go. He gave the example of two rivers that were separated by a dam and today the dam is broke and those rivers are flowing to meet each other and become one. Little does he know the dam isn't broken yet. The letters S and V in the rings were so symbolic. Virat lived without Sai and Savi and Sai without Virat and Vinu all these years. Two separate families becoming One big happy family because Sai would have got her 2 V's and Virat would have got his two S's. The rings will have to wait for longer time to reach their rightful owners.

Beautiful review. But my popcorn mind is just stuck on 24 hours. Full Vanku ekdum thrill laane ki koshish. Love the efforts my born cutie ❤️

Hehehe me too wohi soching. I am sure Sai won't be able to explain things to Virat in tomorrow's episode. He is going to get biggest jhatka of his life by the end of the 24 hours but apun yehi sochrela hai what will make Sai go into another deal marriage in the next few hours. 😄 Will Virat's impulsive behavior be the reason? Will Pakhi blackmail her again or this time would it be Ambabai who will beg her to marry Satya?

That's why I don't like Sai forgiving Virat so easily

Whatever pain & heartbreak Sai is going through as a mother w.r.t Vinu, Virat is responsible for it. He chose Pakhi pre-leap that compelled Sai to leave CN...which resulted in her losing Vinu. Even post-leap, Virat hid Vinu's truth from Sai. And now he is hardly doing anything to help Sai get Vinu back.

But khair, writers are more invested in triangle -rectangle....characterization gaya tel lene. Humko kya 😂

Forgiving means she has no emotions left for him.. She certainly loves him as the father of her kids but the urge to be with him buried under her pains.

Sai forgave him this is the worst punishment for virat but he interpreted it differently.

The hug was painful.. The sai who used to jump on arm like little kid now feels nothing, zilch.

Sai's misery doesn't end Here..

How long do u think they will take to unite?

One year? Shruti track went on for 5 months i guess. During Shruti track, i was sure they will unite as they were husband and wife.

Of course it depends on trps also.

Ikr the focus of the writers suddenly changed to something else from something else lol. Virat does regret choosing Pakhi over Sai pre leap due to which he lost Sai but still hasn't regretted hiding Vinu's truth from Sai though he did feel guilty for being the reason behind Sai losing her mental balance. He still thinks it was his duty as Pakhi's husband to choose her happiness over Sai's. That depression phase and marriage with Patralekha, living an unhappy life was his karma for doing injustice with Sai pre leap. Now whatever he will face by the end of 24 hours is his karma for all the post leap kaands he did.

Yup it depends on trps and only trps. I think one year or even more than that if the trps are good. If they can drag pakrat marriage track for 7-8 months then SaiYa marriage will definitely be more than that.
