I am a silent visitor of the forum, but felt inspired by Harshad's interview about his role. I thought I'd share what thoughts came to my mind regarding his possible character arc :
1. About it being a significant role / New lead
I have been feeling quite weird about the introduction of the new family while Chavan zoo has a big cast in itself. The Virat-Vinu-Pakhi-Savi-Sai equation is too complex for Sai to get out of. I feel Vanku has spent too much effort creating this, to throw it away. Also what about Virat and Sai jealousy equation that he has been working on. If there are two separate households how will this work? What about Sai and her children? If Satya's character it is meant to stay, it can only be effective if Satya comes to the zoo. Why would he do such a thing? I feel the answer to this lies in Satya's name
There is much focus on Satya's name meaning he will show the truth to everyone. But I feel his name in entirety is a clue. Satya Adhikari -> He has the true right, or he is the true heir of Chavan Nivas. This cannot be possible if he is the illegitimate son of Nagesh Chavan. Bhavani will always support Virat as the heir over a child from an EMA by her husband. There is a possibility he is Nagesh and Bhavani's son. This is supported by the following :
a. The Beintehaa pyaar / Pakhi reference to Amba :
For Satya to leave his family and come to CN, Amba has to turn negative. My one theory is that both she and Bhavani were pregnant at the same time. She lost her child, but swapped with Bhavani's to do something similar to what Pakhi is doing. Try to keep Nagesh via his son. Or it could shown that since Amba has a problem with Sai being with children, Satya could temporarily move to zoo to support Sai
b. Suddenly Virat being declared the Uttaradhikari :
This particular topic felt weird. Isn't Virat the heir de facto being the eldest son of the eldest surviving son. What was the need to say it by Bhavani? It feels like a foreshadowing to a future challenger. Another Adhikari if you may.
Then there is also the puzzle of why Satya is marrying Sai.
To be quite honest I do not have a good answer to this. Also the recent degrading of Sai's character (and Vanku's unwillingness to show her even thinking of someone else) is not giving me hopes she will enter this marriage as an equal. My only possible guess are :

1. The Girija factor :
So far they have only shown Satya unable to function as normal due to trauma of Girija's death. I dread, that Vinu's complete rejection might push Sai to consume poison (She has deep trauma related to Vinu and cannot stand his rejection as shown already). Satya might stop her and get married to her (This is what he wanted to do to save Girija). He himself might promise that he will bring Vinu closer to her to save her (This might also be why they are showing Vinu listening to Satya)
2. The family pressure :
I feel there is a reason why they are repeatedly showing his family trying to marry him. It might come to the point that Amba threatens to kill herself. Satya and Sai might enter into a mock marriage of mutual understanding. Satya will not give Sai Girija's place/She cannot expect love from him. Sai can prove to Vinu/Pakhi/Girgit that will not accept Virat and to keep him from coming near her.
