Abhi wasn’t there that day Kriti and she was thinking of her first memory of her Son when she regained her consciousness after whatever happened to her during delivery the first thing she was looking for or thinking about was her child who unfortunately for us was in AbhiNav’s arms. I don’t think Ak was even thinking of AbhiNav in this flashback.

She dreamed about Abhi only during that time after she got conscious.
