While Indian TV serials are often criticized for their unrealistic plotlines, melodramatic acting, and lack of creativity, Pakistani serials offer a refreshing change with their grounded, character-driven narratives.
Pakistani shows like Tere Bin explore complex themes such as love, loss, family, and societal issues in a nuanced and realistic manner, which resonates with audiences across the border. Additionally, Pakistani serials often have shorter seasons, which allows for tighter storytelling and more focused character development.
In fact if anything, I think that the Pak shows mentioned have become more and more like Indian TV shows with limited episodes and that’s why they have become popular. None of the two shows Tere Bin or Qalandar are anything like Humsafar or ZGH. Qualitatively, Humsafar and ZGH were far more superior, superior than most Pak shows and superior than all ITV shows. In fact they had all those aspects - grounded character driven narratives. Qalandar and TB are nothing but more of unrealistic plot lines, melodramatic acting and lack of creativity.
Ohhhhhh ok. I am confused….so people are trolling Rabia for reviewing TB?!?!
