Maybe it's just me but I'm unable to accept Makkhi's change of heart as genuine till she actually proves with some concrete action when the need arises in some situation. All Anuraj defective products are simply beyond redemption imo. Especially Disgusting Doshu who is just an entitled lousy loser. Have people forgotten how both of these used to character assasinate their own mother?

yes, this can happen. she might actually prove how much she cares about her mother with the most concretest action in the world; but by that time, for plot-device reasons, Adhik becomes the good guy again.
according to the law of anupamaverse (which you're well versed with), both members of a couple cannot stay positive for too long, or space-time continuum will be broken.
