He probably sees himself as a parellel lead as his character is currently with Akshu. He is just promoting himself.

But truth be told his character is a hindrance to the story. He is a block to Abhira right now. Cross pairing gives no drama to the story to progress anywhere.

Abhi has already fallen he needs his redemption. He is already in a sad state hooking with Roohi and Arohi makes things even more depressing. Akshu does not love Abhinav. She only married Abhinav for Abhir to have a father.

I mean this Gangur is for married couples and at this time Akshu is married to Abhinav so I mean what do these people think will be shown?

PH knows showing Abhi and Arohi they will get flamed so they are pushing Akshu and Abhinav right now to I guess spark the interest of the cross pairing. Abhi is in respect respect mode.

But Akshu is only doing all these things because she has no support from anyone. Its just out of respect and obligations to this title of "wife" to Abhinav and making sure her child has a father figure as she cannot trust Abhi right now.
