And also the twins had died because of her getting severe cramps not because of that noble cause. Clearly doc said one of the twins died their and other one was saved miraculously.

Agree to it. And also as per law 9 saal k neeche age k baccho ko maa k pas custody dete hei and 9 k upar k age k baccho ko papa k pass mostly. So mainly here court can give custody to mom and visitation and coparenting rights to the father. And also if ek was very much laparwa then she would have never choosed her son's life over her on the day of delivery. So that point also comes.

see being laparwah when actual situation hits compare to when you are in your sane mind .

yes akshara choose babies instead of her and she said that to abhi also , but what she did in picnic, or ngo case ,she did risk both their lives, both hers and her babies, thats where the diff being careless and being mature. and its not the case of choice ,its natural human instinct what she as person is will selflessly put abhirs life again in danger. not knowinglyy though but stopping that instinct is where being mature as a mother is , because as a mother , your sons life should be over anything and everything it shouldnt be a choice but instinct to save atleast your childs life first.

yes aksharas anger , hiding truth even now can be understood to some extent. but abhinav eventhough knowing carrying on dialouges, with mera beta, in front of abhi ,man i find it like either he forgot abhir is abhimanyus child also, or he is rubbing it in face of abhimanyu . and both doesnt seem right as he is supposed to be the acha aadmi. i mean atleast he should have an ounce of guilt, or atleast sadness, or least pity abhi for how unfortunate a father he is . Its just plain vague and totally hillarious situation thats what i felt in that conversation.
