It will ruin his character as a father. Forget about Akshara Abhinav, Abhimanyu should only care about Abhir. How will it make him look if he tries to take custody of a child who is incredibly attached to his parents (as all kids are), especially his adopted father?

Imagine if Arohi-Abhimanyu get married and later divorced and Arohi files for custody. Everyone will say she's a horrible person as she is trying to snatch Roohi from Abhimanyu knowing how much they love each other. Why will the same not ruin Abhimanyu's character?

Bold: he can do that outside the court also. Why drag a little child into the court and expose him to trauma? If he truly loves Akshara and Abhir, he would try to control his anger (which is very well expected and valid, not denying) and solve the matter with peace.

if custody case does appear , abhimanyu just had to prove one point abhirs safety. he just had to present before court that one of twins died as a part of 'noble cause '. in the presence of their mother . how can he be sure that if another situation like this appeasrs and in place of neil and twins this time if abhir was there in that situation what will she do? will she again risk the life of abhir ?

court also considers safety of children.

Exactly finance baat ko aise hi hawe mei jayegi yrkkh mei. Baki k chize mei jyada zor jayega. And ultimately abhi supporting but yes abhi should deal it outside court. Pulling them into court would really look bad it would put his character more down.

What about the other stuffs which abh and family did. He divorced her and threw her out when she had a miscarriage/pregnant and physically and mental harrasment. Us basis mei toh court abhi ko custody nhi de sakta. Yeh sab dv mei aata hei.

Agree Deepu@ bold that was the last interaction she had with him. The angry outburst and more than that his phone call rejections and for me the hardest thing to come to terms with is he didn’t even go and look for her even once in those 6 months, they changed his character to such an extent, just because he had to keep Manju and Aaarue happy. And my personal opinion she is also feeling guilty about hiding it, mix of both fear and guilt.But because they have never given her any solid monologues orSS it’s not coming through. Whenever she gets the opportunity to tell him, at the same time not to tell him also.

For 6 years, she was in pain that he never looked for her or try to meet her. not even try to realize what he did. instead, he was also accusing her as if she left him. Un knowingly he injected the same in both Gorillas. So she was angry that why should I tell him if he doesn't care?

When They met after 6 years, the situation is very awkward to tell him about. Still, she thought he will figure it out. but nothing happened.

When she visited UD, She prepared to face him or reveal but nothing happened instead he gave her shock with marriage news. if she reveals in that situation she will get more accusations. On top of that, the treatment she got from KM and Gorillas put her in total trauma!

With that, she took some more bad decisions of moving on with Nav. But God is not willing.

Again her fate got dragged into the same circumstances. On one side is her son, one side KM's rantings. She is not able to take any decisions.

On top of that, this Nav's Acha Admi war is also affecting her. One way he is using her trauma nicely. just I am feeling that. don't bash me Nav fans.

After the previous UD trip, I am feeling like he become more vocal and controlling the situations. He doesn't have to press my son all the time in front of Abhi. Even Akshu showing uncomfortable while hearing that.

He accepted as of now. Even BP, Muski, and all making a platform for Nav, even after learning the truth Abhi will be angry with Ak only.

Nope it would look like he is snatching the child. Especially abhir k samne aise hi lagega. Uske according parents abhinav aur ak hei abhi uske baap hei usse pata nhi. Exposing the child to such things is not good. Kuch b ulta seedha hua toh it would backfire him. Esliye shanti se he need to handle it and win Abhir. And give a reason to trust ak. Uske baad apne aap ak guilt trip mei jayegi.

yes absolutely correct even though it did it in anger he did abused akshara and divorced a mis carried woman . so he is equally not capable of taking care of abhir because of his anger issues. but that doesnt change the fact that because of aksharas sacrificial nature abhirs life was not one time but many times in danger. so if similar situation arise what will akshara choose now, will she consider abhirs safety over everything else or else she will still risk his life for the noble cause...

Both abhira as of now are immature enough to be parenting.

first they have to deal with their own childhood traumas, anger ,ego to even be capable of parenting.
