To be very coherent as to what was said, it was 'clearly' indicated that; He (HR) had "No goal to achieve ..."

This statement was clearly allocated to HR, which may not have been fully accurate ...

Since he may have fully achieved all of the rewards expected on the evening or night in question. 😃
