There was no break down from ak, she was just crying for split second, said sorry to Doctor ji for behaving rudely on the phone. Doctor ji said it’s ok mrs. Nothing wrong with that and that is how it should be. However in Rishta world it was always Akshu who stayed back with the patient and sent everyone home.

But I guess now we have new FL who is taking care of everything on Akshara’s behalf

I said the same thing last week that they are showing actual lead pair in Precap and promos and showing even Akshu is so strong in promo giving her best dialogues and in episode what we see is that someone else is doing all these works.

I also said that this trick will work for a little while not for ever. I hope CVs will bring this serial on track otherwise it will be doom or need another leap soon
