Let's accept OG YRKKH is dead and move on

With immense grief and sorrow 😭I have to admit the OG YRKKH the serial which went onto become an epic prime-time soap based on realistic Indian family values is no more. NGL its very painful to see the disaster we are being served in the garb of our dearest serial.

To me Naitik was not a perfect husband but he's the typical relatable Indian husband. The sasural of akshara and the innocence and strength behind the docile akshara is the typical Indian bahu entering her sasuraal after an arranged marriage. The journey of Naitik and Akshara(naksh) was realistic, relatable and epitomises the journey to love after marriage between 2 strangers/unfamiliar adults.

Contrast it to present where Abhira(the mad couple) packaged and sold as soul lovers to US(people like me) have eventually separated and divorced multiple times without even celebrating their wedding anniversary even once. Now they are shown to move on with different people.

This is very similar to the laughing stock of family relations some of the ppl in my surroundings have. Ex:Abhir son of abhira but raised by Akshnav and Roohi daughter of Neirohi raised by abrohi what a shame. Clear message marriage is the only goal of life, single parents are not capable enough to raise kids. Entering a marriage of convenience and hiding from family is the praiseworthy quality of FL.

ML can gaslight, question, abandon, accuse and harass his wife, without being held answerable for the despicable behaviour, because she's his property. He can molly-coddle infantilise or do whatever he pleases with her because everything is fair in love.

Suddenly FL gets a new man into her life out of the blue(trust strangers but not family members) after 6 years suddenly she warms upto him and she can have him as part of a marriage of convenience deal/moohbola husband until then (similar to moohbola beta.)

The sidey who rescues FL is such a good soul he sacrifices everything expecting nothing in return, what's the need for being practical, because all relationships need a goody two shoes/bali ka bakra.

According to YRKKH the veracity of a marriage is consummation or sex between the couple🤢.

The only justice an illicit child(Neil) can have is getting acceptance as a family member and no need to address the insults/abuses hurled at them.

There's no legal route/punishment to medical negligence(arohi, mahima, parth, anand, abhimanyu) malpractices/domestic violence.

I can't imagine this pukeworthy 🤢 Progression of serial track and finally this serial is successful only in dividing and creating fights between its viewers supporting or opposing these nasty pairs.

I thank my friends who have suggested me the most realistic and relatable serial "Katha ankahee" thanks a lot folks it's very good. Atleast many of the educated folks in here please watch it if you haven't been and discourage this PH and SP for dishing out this kachra in the name of YRKKH.

I am already watching 😆 The only thing i can say about yrkkh is 🤬

Where can I watch Katha Ankahee?

My issue is that I watched this generation and even though it is way too much gone and wasn't even sensible before but Abhira's chemistry got me hooked 😂 and now i am just everyday waiting and hoping for it to become atleast 10% bearable.

Reading Abhira stories on Wattpad is my favourite thing to do these days. Atleast those stories make sense and move towards in a better way.

I'm absolutely disgusted by it!

Such a downgrade! Where the old rishta used to leave you with a warm fuzzy feeling, this current offering fills you up with anxiety and stress! It's not entertaining anymore! Made marriage and traditional family unit into a complete joke!

Getting into a marriage of convenience with a complete stranger

Divorce after miscarriage

Divorcing without any rhyme or reason

Marrying sibling inlaws

Pathetic families

Deaths and unnecessary leaps

Forced characters

Festivals only for major toxic drama

No full happy occasions!

Feel good factor totally missing!

The only good thing they had going this season was abhira that to is now completely destroyed!

I met some lovely people here on this forum, hence why hang around here for the jokes! And deep down I keep hope they might surprise me and give back abhira with a good story!

Agree with all your points except in my opinion only good thing they had this season is Abhinav, his positivity, maturity and understanding both as husband and non biological father was amazing to watch though only for short period. As I think he will be killed off soon.

Some of Abhira moments were good too but that also for very short period of time. Now I can't connect to them even if they reunite because of same reasons you mentioned divorces etc.

Again that's only my opinion but we all have different reasons to connect and disconnect from story.

I find him unnecessary!

Ruined Akshara's for me! She was never this weak or reliant on anyone! Killed her core characteristics to fit him into the story! I really liked him initially, especially how he saved Akshara!

This Akshara has nothing going for her apart from pushing out abhir!

However I do hope he stays positive for Akshara and abhir! Not to fond of the love angle as I believe Akshara needs a true freind!

A true positive friendship is what's lacking in this season!

Katha is on Sony TV the FL is a very strong, independent yet sensible, widow single mom. She never hesitates to give it back when needed. It's an adaptation of Turkish soap 1001 nights.

I think the writing is shambolic, no coherence of plots and inconclusive tracks are irritating. My main gripe is YRKKH brand of fun, frolic, celebration of festivals, events all gone. Hence I'm very disappointed.

I felt they are normalising the concept of marriage of convenience otherwise what's the need of AA. AK being the FL I'm surprised at the awful gap between what she preaches and her practices. I'm surprised that she has hidden Abhir birth to abhimanyu and everyone including her dear family.

IMO character isn't about running away from situation but staying put and facing them. Imagine if AK has been rescued by Neela maa and she raises fighting against all odds, that'd have given the drama and would have given her a character growth.

Finally I never liked AA admiring at AK for years, to me life is about living fruitfully with the person of your choice in a morally correct way and not putting up with a sham marriage, living a life of false pretense.

For me Akshara was always weak. Aarohi first controlled her before marriage all the time. She ran away for 3 years instead of stopping her. Then She was taking away her love and if Abhimanyu would not have done that suicide attempt she would have lost her love and got them married. Then after marriage Abhimanyu always controlled , dominated her. Did you ask me.. Why did do this way that way .. After first divorce she gave importance to khera and his promise than thinking practically... After second divorce she got atleast friend/Stranger/Husband who was with her in all odds and ofcourse adorable child..

I feel in this season from childhood itself they made Akshara's character weak by bringing in Aarohi. And I still find her weak because she is being so controlled first by her sister and mykaa then by her husband and in laws.
