They had the perfect analogy today- house of cards that will topple at the slightest breeze. I understand that the premise of the current track is that Nav is more suited for Ak than Abhi cause respect. But how does it all even make sense when the whole thing is a play? I mean, there can't be true equality in a relationship until people feel safe for the relationship. For the past six years, Nav has done everything Ak asked, how is that equality or respect? He was just scared that Ak would leave with Abhir if he didn't listen to her. Even after his accident, when Nav found out and asked if Abhir should know his real dad Ak simply said that she would leave with Abhir. Compliance is not the same as trust or respect or anything, really. Now things are getting better cause Ak wants to make the relationship real. But even she is shown to do it for the wrong reasons. They are both agreeing cause they don't want the other person to leave.

Abhira were toxic, for sure, but they both knew and believed that they wanted to be with each other. So they fought and everything, but they never complied with each other just for the sake of the relationship. Infact they actively harmed their relationship cause they thought oh their love is so strong it will keep them together. Obviously that was also wrong, but just cause that was wrong doesnt make this right.

Even Abhi is just complying with everything Arohi is saying cause he is afraid she will take ruhi away. Arohi is afraid Abhi will leave for Ak. No relationship can stand on those grounds.

Be it going to Udaipur for the first time, not forcing 'Dil Wale Sirji' to pay money on the spot or inviting 'Bhaiji' home for dinner - he has not blindly complied with everything for his fear during the six years.

Akshara choose to stay with Abhinav over Goenkas, Abhimanyu and staying alone. (Akshara may have considered staying alone , I think, had the boss harassment and police incident not taken place). Akshara made Abhinav the father of Abhir legally, with her wish and made Abhir's bond with Abhinav stronger. So, why would Abhinav be scared that Akshara will leave him?

Even after his accident, when Nav found out and asked if Abhir should know his real dad Ak simply said that she would leave with Abhir. They are both agreeing cause they don't want the other person to leave.

If she was willing to leave with Abhir, then why would she agree to not want Abhinav to leave?

I don't know about Abhimanyu and Aarohi as I don't watch their entire scenes.

I feel bw the 2 cross pairs, house of card analogy is suited on Ab-Ar & not Ak-Nav. I've seen many raise d pt. that Ak threatened to leave with Abhir to coerce Nav into silence.. but when I watched that confrontation episode (just giving my opinion) I felt she actually wanted Nav to understand d reason y she hid d truth & y she chose to stay with him. Her dialogues in that scene were quite good & self-explanatory. It's only when Nav didn't seem to get d pt. did she say she'll leave but her expressions were clear - she was hurt n upset, not emotionally manipulative. Nav is shown to take Ak's opinion/wish into consideration, but I never felt he blindly agreed to her or did whatever she told. He talks to her, convinces her but when required he does keep his foot down. Inviting Ab to dinner, taking Abhir to his grandparents, staying away from Ak after feeling he was d third wheel, collecting money for Abhir's surgery, deciding Ab would do the surgery.. his way of putting his pt. may vary but he has pretty much done what he thought to do.

I would respectfully disagree that Abhinav does everything Akshara asks him to do and he does it just so that she doesn’t leave. They never showed Abhinav insecure of them leaving. Yeah there was a point he thought he came between the two and didn’t want akshara to stay mainly because she owes for everything he has done.

Akshara is shown to be educated and smart so she wears multiple hats in the house and Abhinav pretty much works and lets akshara do whatever she needs to do with the money and everything else.

The house of cards theory sort of suits both the wannabe cross couples.

Whether it is Navra or Abrohi, all four lead a peaceful life considering some harsh facts about loss of loves ones and relationship failures.

Akshara always wanted to live in a joint family which proved to be a disaster got a orphan as her support system.

Aarohi, the one with a calculative mind adjusted herself rather blended perfectly into a huge family.

Both did not cross each other's paths.

In short lived in a illusion.

The imaginary world was constructed by Abhira themselves. They brought in Aarohi, Roohi. Abhinav and Abhir into the pic.

Suppose they had come clean then situation would have been different.

With Abhir in between the equation no longer remains the same

So house of cards is more for Abhira than their partners.
