But how will he be relevant in the show? Anupama can't avoid Mr shah because of kids but she doesn't have kids with Anuj...the only connection they had was their marriage...if they get divorce then there will be no relevance of Anuj in the show unless makers are considering them to reunite but here in the forum people are happy that there will be no more MAAN.

Even if Anupama goes to mount Abu she will get to know abt her kids... alongwith it mr Shah's news whether she likes it or not ...but with Anuj there will be no contact . So very less screen space for him...maybe twice or thrice in a week.

The break didnt happen because of one incident. It happened because anupama neglected her marriage from DAY ONE. She chose to spend 90% of time at her exes house, ignored her paralyzed husband, left her kid in car, etc etc. First couple of years of marriage is the honeymoon period where you and your husband bond the most.

No marriage will survive that. Its so funny that even after guarav the actor clarified that the whole break up was because of the entire marriage and events piling up, Anupama bhakts still pretend it was because of one incident where CA went away

Anuj might still go the legal route or try other options but he has lost trust in his wife. And no matter how many men people call pathetic, no spouse in the world will tolerate their spouse spending 90% of time with her ex and neglecting new marriage and kid. Anupama can marry 100 different men, but if she behaves the same, none of those marriages will last either

No. Only Anu the Maa can play abla naari/victim because she is an Orat. She can roam the streets, go to temple on the way to Kanta’s house. Didn’t she know her maiden home address. But Anuj cannot be the heartbroken father who is yet again hurt when he sees Anu the maa playing holi with not only her kids but her ex as well. What he perceives that his wife is not affected by his or his daughter’s absence. When all his family and friends trivialize his pain as itni si baat. He cannot be disillusioned/disheartened and cannot show any emotion because he is supposed to be suave educated business man. He is not like Anu the Maa who is a college dropout and so only she is allowed to have emotions.

I sometimes think did Anupamaa marry Anuj Kapadia or join Anuj therapy centre, because during the entire marriage he was only her therapist for all her SH issues. The only time she was 100% at KM was when Anuj was comatose and as soon as he woke up she was back dancing at SHs beck and call. A marriage is to be nurtured by both not just 1 person putting in all efforts. It’s not a retirement home for Anu the maa because she suffered in her first marriage. If Anu the Maa could not give her all to the marriage with Anuj she should not have accepted Anuj’s marriage proposal.

Exactly. In fact, her andhbhakts conveniently forget that she had earlier informed him that she could never give him the place of a partner in her life after whatever she endured and he had accepted it.

Then after Dukhmukh prodded her, she changed her mind and said yes. So why not commit to the marriage instead of this farcical matka balancing act and constant excuses to run to a place she declared herself as maayka. Why then did she marry him if she could not have the time for him? For free therapy or money?
