But abhimanyu aiming to get abhir custody is not that simple. Abhir thinks abhinav is his father and abhir would never want to be away from his mother. How will abhimanyu manage to explain this to abhir if he takes abhir away from his parents who raised him?

Abhimanyu will not file for custody, I think that’s how they’re going to more towards the reunion.

Interesting, so they will literally reach the lowest of the low. Abhir might end up with a permanent condition that requires regular medical attention and might actually end up being too much for the sharmas to manage. They will make this a money issue cause I think that was the whole point behind making Ak poor in this leap. Otherwise, Nav is the perfect father, and there is no way they can take Abhir away. I think he will be upset but I am not sure court case will be done. He knows he did wrong n he has seen how caring Nav is so I think they might think of co- parenting .

Not sure about the law there and how itv law works, but can she file for custody when the parents are alive?

A grandparent cannot file for custody when the biological parents are live.
