I agree with this. Making aggressive personal attacks is not the rightful thing to do.

I agree and even I try to ignore those repetitive jabs thrown at certain characters. But when things cross a certain line (and when I have nothing better to do😜) I find it hard to stop myself from expressing my discontent. This forum might sometimes be visited by impressionable teenage fans of certain actors. Not calling out inappropriate statements might lead them to believe those statements to be universal and normal.

More than half of these people who are bashing are not even thinking things in an objective manner.. they are releasing their inner turmoils...stress.. anger.. So that they can clean their system and be ready to face the next hurdle.. It is definitely not healthy.. but many people are not educated or mentored properly to deal with these things..

so to attack the core.. is everyone getting access to proper mental health.. i guess..

All we can do is to help people release their stress and frustrations of their personal lives in a productive and positive manner.. instead of bashing real and reel people..

Completely agree with your point. They are so frustrated and want someone to release it. So evertime somethings happens they think it's because of that person and they don't fee abusing them is wrong because in their minds the target person is culprit . So no remorse at all for their vile behavior

He was always like this.

I just have a problem with his character eating into the ss of the character this leap was based upon. That's all. Thats my only take on Nav as a character.

And if it's still not clear....you can't accuse some victims or survivors of abuse for being supporters of abuse without knowing anything about them. That's the point.

And FYI both Diya and me don't agree with each other on Akshara or Abhimanyu the characters..we constantly differ but coexist without attacking each other!

I can call out a mango, a mango without doing a PhD on the entire orchard because it's self-evident. And even if I did a PhD on the orchard, a mango would not magically turn into an orange.

When I quoted you, you brought Diya in response. "What Diya and I are trying to say is..." implies a constituted voice. You cannot speak on someone else's behalf and then behave like your statements cannot be rebutted.

Since your posts were so against generalisation, I stated the two instances where I had interacted with an Abhira fan actively, and it is for anyone to judge whether I was cyberbullying her or merely opposing to ad hominen stances.

For the sake of not generalising, I again encourage you to point out the instances where anyone has trolled Abhira fans on personal basis (akin to the trolling Jay, Karishma, Pranali, et al go through or even otherwise) and I would surely call them out.

Again, where has anyone in this topic said that Abhira fans' mental health was negotiable? But then doing self-victimising whataboutery to derail a conversation is petulant.

Also JS has every right to call out the trolls. I don't think HC or PR were called sexual predators for simply doing their job. The so-called hate the leads are getting is very miniscule compared to what Jay and Karishma are getting for no reason. So obviously they'll say it. But no, only the leads have the right to get offended. Rest should all silently suffer the vitriol that the bratty, insensitive fd is loading on them. AbhiRa fans need to shut the f*ck up.
