yeahb everyone did dirty by completely cutting her off from her old life. People take time to adjust when they leave for new home. In meerab’s case she was shut out from her home by her foster parents. The only person who cared enough was murtasim hence she is taking out it on him cos she knows others don’t care
She also said only person who can ask her is murtasam! She wouldn’t even explain her doubt to anyone.
she is taking time to explain murtasam everything means murtasam is someone important to her.
