Maybe she accepted her because like Neetu she was pregnant prior to marriage. Regardless Neetu in case u see her history in some gossip sites say her relatives had some shady past. So it’s strange that’s she’s so judges others. .

One of the reasons Neetu wanted Alia is financial security. Kapoors married actresses,with no family wealth.They all struggled for money.Rishi kept working and managed to keep his family running.Before RK's debut no one looked at them..no invites to film functions etc.The other Kapoors(Anil,Boney..) married into rich families.

Alia's father is a producer and rich(unlike Raj Kapoor who left nothing but a crumbling studio for his children.You should read Karishma's account of her childhood)

RK signed 2 films since Sanju.He keeps posting pics of himself in ad shoots..but his brand worth is half of Alia's.The way he works..He will have far less money than other stars.

This makes perfect sense.
