I alao came for Niti only. But her character is so damn weakly structured. She feels irritating because of that. Her character traits keep switching.

But I think she is doing a moderate job of handling whatever crapfest they are making her do.

Btw, I think I remember your username from some forum. Was it KZK2?

How are you?

Could be. I was in KZK forum. Still wonder why. Prerna was such a pathetic character. 😆

Ah absolutely. The scene was serene. Almost fascinating. They made it look so easy when the emotions involved were actually complex. ❤️

I need more of them. If they won't give, I might just end up writing what I want. #FanficsFTW 🤣

I don't know, Shruti. I honestly see too much of Niti in Prachi which puts me off. I can't seem to figure out if it's her acting or the director demands what she is doing but whatever it is... it's not working for me.

I do like her in some scenes but she goes back to being slightly annoying in the next scene so for now, she is really my least favorite at the moment.

Somehow I feel Prachi and the Kapoors try to act a bit too cool but it ends up looking OTT. I am still hoping they get better though. 😳

Pooja and Linesh perfectly embody their characters, behind small dialogues there is a connection of two who feel, but do not fully realize. But 99 percent of the time I have to look at the whining type of heroine and her type of fiance, who should pull the hair on his head. Why do I need this, sir? Where are my Ram and Priya who made everything warm and interesting?

I believe that pooja could have pulled off prachi's character with ease but niti couldn't have pulled off pihu's character as effortlessly. That said, niti is not a bad actor although she is overrated. I have seen her in kaisi yeh yaariyan and some of her other shows and yes she can act. What I don't get is why she isn't able to do so as prachi Kapoor. Could be the script or the direction, I don't know.

Pihu should have been the lead right from the get go of the leap- there's no argument about that. She was the little sweet and traumatised kid people saw grow infront of their eyes. They saw her getting her parents back together and having a short-lived happy family moment with them. They saw her go through the pain of losing both her parents on the same day, wiping the teary eyes that were a replica of her father's and shouldering the responsibility of her just-born younger sister at the young age of five years old. They understand, relate and have a connection with her. Whereas Prachi is a character nobody cared about until 5 mins before the leap happened. Is pihu the best role model? No. Is she the best sister? Maybe yes and maybe no. Was she trying her best? Yes. Other than that, the performance of this character from Pooja is great. She can carry a show on her own as evident in her nearly all her scenes in this particular show.

Raghav is a frustrating character. First, he hid his feelings from Prachi- fair enough. It's his feelings, he chooses what to do with them. Then he tried to match make her with josh who had them fooled and wrapped around his fingers. I don't blame him for being naive and thinking josh was a good guy. what I can not get over is that he mislead prachi about josh's personality and in general what he was as a person. prachi fell in love with the idea of who josh was/could be and that has led her down such a deep rabbit hole that she herself doesn't realise how toxic their relationship is. He set her up with him and has the audacity to behave like he did no wrong. After the leap, he says he is over prachi but so clearly isn't and does things like book prachi and josh that table at a restaurant which actively encourages this toxic relationship. three years later and he is still screwing her over and giving people mixed feelings. as for Randeep he really needs to slow down with the dialogue delivery and work on facial expressions.

Are you talking about the scene when Pihu and Angard sat admiring the evening city after training? I liked it very much. As we say in Russia: "Small spool, but expensive." A small scene with meaning and emotions

This is interesting. Raghav played along and is one of the reasons why Prachi is into Josh? I haven't watched much of what happened before the leap but this is interesting considering Raghav has no regret/remorse... nothing at all. If he happens to be someone who actually contributed in setting Prachi up with a creep like Josh, where is the guilt? How exactly he doesn't hold himself accountable? 🤔

He wrote all those poetries that josh passed off as his own to impress prachi. He set them up on dates and spoon-fed josh on how to sway prachi and even what to say to her at one point. So I don't know about anyone else but to me, he is one of the biggest reasons prachi is into josh.

To be fair to him, he did try to tell everyone josh's truth but got shunned instead. but post the leap, he is just like...there. i don't understand his facial expressions or what he is feeling. i assume that he simply doesn't care anymore? and honestly, i am fine with that but the holier-than-thou act he puts up when he is the reason prachi is in this situation is what pisses me off.

Yeah I think I saw that in bits and pieces. Well not exactly but at least how LK had asked Raghav to convince Prachi for Josh.

This certainly changes how I see things now. Till now, Raghav was our usual haaye bechara for me.

Haaye bechara

Pyaar ka mara,

Kismat se hara,

Humara haaye bechara.

😆

But turns out... he is not the haaye bechara. 😆 Leaves enough scope for some good angst though. I am suddenly tempted to watch what happened before leap so that I can try and write something.
