She couldnt have done it alone.. She regretted facing everybody because she heard her own BP say to her friend why did she take neil and why she committed such mistake.. So she felt no one understand her.. That time help from stranger gave her sukoon and non judgemental life.. So she was okay with him I think ..

I don't defend her I'm just saying from her pov..

Sometimes if we feel our own family doesn't understand us we pour out to strangers

Here abhir is sacrificing for akshu and abhinav kushi ..na samajh mein not knowing the intensity but what akshu did is different .. Well decided decision based on reality
