I'm hoping the panel points out the stupidity in Shamita's story regarding the text. Because imagine if it was real, who on earth would do something that would leave physical evidence instead of just saying it!

Plus I agree with some that the pace is getting a bit tiring and tbh I dont have the same level of excitement for watching it as the previous. But I cant stop watching it either🤣 So I'm literally watching it on fast forward.

After the lonavala trip, it just felt a bit disconnected and we have already reached Friday of this week with zero progress in this Shamita case. I hope it gets cleared by early next week honestly.

Also not sure if this has been pointed out/discussed but I'm surprised there is no CCTV camera in the office. Because then it'd all be clear right.

But when she was not going into the details, the committee also digging deeper like some police authorities who wants detailed description of each act.🤪

And more than this creepy imagination what I found unacceptable was katha remembering kali raat at this time.

I mean its obvious she will remember kali raat many times during this track and its ok too. But I didn't like the timing of those flashbacks. When shamita was saying how viaan always use to throw himself on her, how he used to touch her without consent, at that time katha was remembering kali raat. Now it would mean viaan used to do same things with her or he forced himself on her.

I know viaan did wrong with her. And I never support this kind of mentality but till this date I stand on my ground that whatever happened, katha had her fair share of mistakes in it too. And there was no sex without consent.

If anybody watch yesterday's episode and he hasn't watched show from the beginning then he/she will think exactly same that viaan was a womanizer, he used to touch katha without consent and he probably forced himself on her on kali raat.

And also according to shamita's story viaan called her first. So they can simply check their phone history who called first. There are many loopholes in jeyr story and nobody is pointing it out.

Even i dont like that .It was with consent

I know Katha's situation is bad right now having to go through all of this but that doesn't change the fact that the real victim here is Vian

This whole investigation could be avoided if Viaan himself can speak up and defend himself with his phone's message history and cctv camera but he himself is hell bent on following all the investigation protocols so unfortunately there will be loopholes. Regarding the CCTV thing i think that is not a loophole

As per rules CCTVs are installed in offices by the employers to keep a watch on employees ,its not a rule to have it installed everywhere ..

But i agree to some extent that Vian did a stupid thing with this investigation by asking Katha to head it.

The way she is getting the flashbacks i dont think she is the right person to judge this

She cant be neutral ,the situation she is in i agree her opinion matters since she faced the same thing but she should have been the witness (without disclosure to outside world )

but alas..Viaan's cabin has full of transparent glass doors/windows & is located on a passage next to staircase on 1st floor..

There are reasons why Viaan's cabin shots get exclusively shown by KA direction & editing teams. Its transparent next to passage, so nothing can be hidden from onlookers or people walking by this passage on 1st floor, similarly its shown Viaan also easily keeps an eye what's happening around him in office. 😳

So is Viaan such a fool to ask them to come alone to this particular cabin? and then abuse female staff like Shamita within such a public view? which can easily put Earthcon CEO's reputation at risk? Also there's a pantry on 1st floor opposite to Viaan's cabin view.

btw heard usually reception areas in ground floor, passages to panties/cafeteria's in all floors get covered by cctv's in companies, as HR/management wants to keep an eye on movements & time spent by visitors & staff.😎

She is shown with so much conflict ,her personal experience is making her doubtful about Viaan . That is natural .

But the look she has as of Viaan used her is not good . She can be angry , doubtful , tensed , unhappy .

Only thing is she shouldn't think he forced her to do something wrong without her consent .

Nowadays everyone (no educated person too) are putting locks then how on earth that Samitha delete the message and resent a new message on Viaan phone
