Are you talking about Armaan joining the army? Well, in that case he kept same principles for joining with British and fighting against bhediyas. 😆 Clan loyalty you see😆

In TVD it was Damon who didn't wanted to join the council...I guess it got to do with joining the founding members...

And he wasn't the layak beta ...yahan pe it's opp 🤣

What I noticed in yesterday's and today's epi which is the same point that the another difference that I noticed is that here Veer is shown like a layak beta and he was the one who interrupted yesterday's meeting of the Lockwood...(the Mayor's forefather), Gilbert (Eisha's forefather )and Salvatore (Oberoi bro's dad)

In TVD, it was about not joining the council

And here it's about fighting against British...

Pata nahi kya yeh logh dikhana chahate hai 😆

No it wasn’t the council Damon didn’t want to join, confideracy was the reference..ongoing civil war in US at that time over slavery..Damon’s father was in support of slavery and Damon didn’t want to fight in support of confideracy/slavery..shows how Damon was always a compassionate man and father wasn’t..they equated that to british freedom struggle here which made sense to me really..puts his dad automatically in the wrong side of Indian sentiments..🤦🏽‍♀️

But wasn't Damon already in the fighting the war when he met Katherine ??

Am saying this because they made Veer to fight war and then showing Armaan not interested that's why
