P’a first surgery was an emergency & Sai helped the surgeons to save her life. She did save her life when other physicians had given up. Sai was asked not to follow up Patralekha as per family. She did come to CN to take care of her when she was in pain & bleeding but was not allowed to. Patralekha didn’t follow instructions, was non compliant patient. Went on a long distance trip in spite of being told not to after a major accident. That led to wound dehiscence with infection. All this can be proved with medical records & testimony. She collapsed in front of police outside when she was asked to rest. Plus scans, operative reports, pathology of uterus should be available for review.
Another question is was Mrs. Patralekha Chavhan capable of conceiving? Yes she gave birth to a child but the implantation was illegal & she was adviced not to go through it as she wasn’t suitable. Then she had delivery at home by a no medical personnel & was not taken to hospital for postpartum care. She had refused to be under Sai’s care & Sai wasn’t licensed physician then. She was married for 10 plus years but she didn’t conceive & the couple adopted a child. We know reason why but that will come out. So it will come out that she is a virgin even after being married twice for considerable time both times. So looking at her age & no of years she stayed virgin even with two spouses how likely it was that she would get pregnant? So her claim that Sai did it out of vendetta or keep her importance in family through her kids is invalid. Virat was married to Sai for much shorter time & she had two kids with him when she was told she can’t conceive. Why would she go through the trouble of jeopardizing her licence for something which is not happening anyway. If they don’t expose state of P’s marriage with Samrat & Virat & knowing her history & no proof that she could conceive then it’s highly likely she couldn’t.
@bold: Virgin or not, Pakhi's age could have been a major risk issue. Pregnancy over 35 increases the risk of the child having genetic disorders, like Down Syndrome, etc. And Pakhi should be around 40, so, that makes it even riskier. Also, the whole plot of Pakhi conceiving kind of made no sense to me, not just scientifically...but also, emotionally/behavior-wise. Pakhi and Virat are old. Perhaps not entirely uncle-aunties, but still considerably old. It felt creepy seeing so many people being so interested in their sex life.😵
As for the rest, yup, I totally agree. As I said, in real life, it should be fairly easy for Sai to prove herself innocent in this scenario. Even with the 'family' factor, the entire thing not only must have been written in her medical file, but the assistants can also easily act as witnesses. Moreover, Pakhi going on the trip, in my opinion, can be a major proof of her carelessness, and there must be flight tickets or something to prove that.
But again...none of this will happen...so, yeah...time to say our remaining brain cells goodbye.
