Just watched aaj ka epi.....another good one....the pace this week is still better than Holi week cuz this office drama is more engaging than woh faltu Grewals and Neerja ke beton wala angle.
They played the new song today on the KV scene, man❤️.....the angstttt yaar. The nuances so on point.....in the first half, Katha was actively avoiding Viaan - walking past his office quickly whenever he tried to approach her to talk. Viaan then called everyone into his office to announce that he is temporarily stepping down....he didn't look at Katha throughout the time he was making his resignation speech but right at the end he looks at her and man, so much communicated just through glances in that scene.....his yearning for her to not look at him with that confusion and suspicion while Katha was just churning with all the thoughts in her mind.
The song played during the elevator scene when Katha enters the elevator and both are struggling with whether to talk to each other....lol but the song was just perfect accompaniment for this moment.
Then came the best KV scene of the epi....Viaan finally working up the courage to approach her outside the office building to talk to her about taking up the investigation. Throughout the epi, different people approached Katha with AGENDAS about why she should handle the investigation....Teji gave her name cuz she thinks Katha will favor Viaan just like she changed the A/V for Viaan😆. Ehsan also approached Katha with the same agenda telling her ki oh you're on our team, right? Basically they were all trying to put their thumb on the scale by expecting Katha to favor them in the case. But it was only Viaan who approached her to take up the case without expecting anything in terms of a favored judgement.....he told her to do it cuz she is best suited to handle this....the pause when he asked her why she doesn't want to take it up and the way he understood from the look she gave him.....then the way he told her ki kabhi kabhi sahi raasta aasaan nahin hota and then reminded her of her own line about "upar jaake kya jawaab dena hai"....aww what a brilliant way they looped this back in - we are getting a full on role reversal indeed👏. Viaan is holding up a mirror for Katha with her own teachings that he has imbibed now....lol she taught him all about the strength of a clear conscience and that is exactly what he is holding up to her now....ki upar wala mera sach jaanta hai toh wahaan jaake kya hi jawaab dunga....but aap hain yahaan, aap puchh lijiye jo bhi puchhna hai - main har sawaal ka jawaab dunga.....lol arey Viaan saab, sawaal hi toh nahin puchhne Katha ko....usko toh avoid hi karna hota hai pura topic😆.....but now destiny will give her a means of catharsis to ask the questions she had deliberately avoided all this time....
End mein ek Neerja ke saath scene tha jismein Neerja gave her some gyaan about detaching herself from the situation to approach it objectively and impartially.....baaton baaton mein she also revealed to Katha that Viaan helped her with her sons....lol iske pet mein koi baat zyada der nahin reh sakti😆....but otherwise she gave good advice to Katha here that sometimes a third party can see what you can't by being so close to a person.
Precap mein Aarav will find out about the office drama from both his mom and his Robin....lol but different tareekon mein. Also woh cheater Yuvraj ka bhaanda phoot gaya lagta hai in front of his wife.
