I liked that boy in Sinfe Ahan.. Its good to see him as Ali here

Haq meher is given right after the wedding? I thought it was given during separation. I have only seen aik sitam aur having a very high amount as haq meher written. Every other drama will have 5lakh or 10lakh or at Max 50lakh as haq meher and 50lakh in pakistani rupees is not that big of an amount. I had the impression that it's like a guarantee card. Higher the haq meher lower the chances of the husband leaving since he will have to give that much money or gold or property written in the haq meher.

They are not step siblings. He just feels his father is more partial towards his sister and feels left out.

I also like the actress. She has a different look with her curl hair and it suits the role.

@ italics. Yes its work like that too as its not payed before divorce usually . As long as you are married you can emotionally manipulate the girl to let off her meher. But when you divorce her she wont let it go naturally
