Anger and abusive nature are two different things. Here the ML is torturing her in the name of fraud done by her family. His anger is unreasonable as the real culprit he still think she is innocent but she is the one who betray him. But he is punishing her sister for what she didn't do. She already told him that she is ready to go to jail but he didn't , later on inhuman activity like he is doing is totally out of the character.

She is saying to him to atleast give respect to her as she is the dil he himself accepted in front of darji. Angad has never respect her he almost thought she is a prostitute who wants to sleep with him or is after money. Will any woman accept such husband who question on her character?

What sympathize with Angad ?? He is a fool and superficial person who see beauty over brains ! Who weight everything on money and status ! She has the right to raise her voice and she is correct why to force her to do the rituals when nobody has accepted her.

Chill. It's your opinion and I shared mine. We watch the same show and each is entitled to take their view.

Sahiba was party to her family's fraud. She cannot deny her responsibility. Nor can she expect the Brar's to accept her without any repercussions.

And they are showing Angad as unreasonable and abusive so viewers will sympathise with the FL. Starving her, everyone ganging up on her and mistreating her is the only way they can get viewer's sympathy.

If anyone is to blame here it's Santosh and seerat. And Sahiba's father too as he too stayed quiet. So in my opinion, the whole family is fruad.

For me, Angad's angst is justified. He has been duped by the woman he loved and is married to the woman he hated. His pain, anger, outbursts are all justified. Imagine if someone we knew, like a brother or a friend, being cheated this way. They will not even let Sahiba enter their house.

I think all this dragging is just to show how upright and righteous the FL is. They want to show the FL as a wronged woman so the viewers will sympathise with her. They are showing Angad as an unreasonable person to whitewash sahiba.

The more they do this, the more I am being put off. It's been two days since marriage and sahiba already has the audacity to expect love, honour and respect as a daughter in law 🤔

IMHO, she needs a wake up call. Someone needs to remind her it's her and her family that have landed her in this soup. She needs some humility and introspection. And like Angad rightly said, she needs to earn respect, the hard way. Just talking tall about her values and ethics is not going to get her anywhere.

The thing is we know that she values her self respect, she is honest (still was involved in her mother's lies albit somewhat) but brars dont know that. how can she expect them to accept her immediately? agreed what angad is doing is inhuman but i feel they are portraying him this way so all sympathy is with FL and whatever she has done will gloss over.

yes Angad agreed to marry her but did he do that with full heart? no he was cornered and that was because the pics with sahiba as bride went viral. same can be said about sahiba that she too agreed for marriage no one forced her to sit there but again that's not the case. she too was cornered so why say angad agreed to marry her, she too agreed the same way as angad so that makes them equal

if suppose angad say i accept u as wife, would she be able to accept him as husband? no right then why this hammering that tum logone muzhe accept nahi kiya

if i am a brar then the lectures she gives will come across as hypocritical because of all the con and duping that has happened and that will make me even less inclined to believe her tbh

This story is taken from og and the story is written like this only which gives the viewers notion that angad is a abuser but he is not. He is doing this because his mom told him to abuse her or vent out the anger on her. She is not ready to accept the relationship as people are not accepting her in first place. He has marry her in full authority and when he is not taking his responsibility as husband, then she will not do.

Seerat will get her due too, santosh will never be happy.

But you know in future story he will ask her to accept her duties as badi DIL and she would be left with no choice but to accept it. And Angad will accept her eventually. The thing is angad pretending husband and wife will backfire him as he has to take her responsibility too.

We know sahiba is honest and a million times better than Seerat but Angad doesn't know it and neither do the Brars. They are right in their assumption that Sahiba too is a gold digger like her mother. They need time to see the real Sahiba. And she too needs to be patient to see the real Angad.

people will not accept her overnight the way everything has happened. its unrealistic to expect that as well

and Angad didnt force her for marriage. When he agreed to the marriage her family forced her to marry. so we cant say he married her in full authority. he was as cornered into this marriage as she was
