Well to be honest she kinda is. I wouldn’t call her a struggler and yes she does have advantages. But she’s not apart of the inner Bollywood circle. Most of the Nepo kids don’t even acknowledge her existence. Her dad isn’t well respected the way others parents are. Even Chunky Pandey is being hailed now

She’s not in the Dharma gang and it’s this particular gang that is problematic. They can’t stand her actually, probably because she’s better looking than most of them.

Maybe it's also something to do with her Dad Shakti Kapoor. If i m not wrong he made some very explicit comments on the leading BW actresses in 2000's. He was also embroiled in multiple controversies. Maybe she isn't comfortable becoz of her dad and she gets treated that way becoz of him. Also he had some panga with Yashraj becz he apparently claimed that Yash chopra slept with some leading BW actresses like Preity, Rani etc.

But still she can't randomly spew statements like that openly when she's also related to legends like Asha bhonsle and Lata mangeshkar from her maternal side who are treated like BW legends.

Someone who gets 90% might look like a topper to others but if they are surrounded by those who get 95-99%, you'll be bound to think you're not that good. It's the same case here. Shraddha is surrounded by hyper nepo kids like Ranbir, Varun, Alia, etc., as in those who had a lot more backing than her. Relative to them she didn't have those opportunities, so her feeling this way is valid, even though she appears ignorant of thousands of actual outsiders struggling for one chance.

Umm .. all 3 of them are 100 times better actors and performers than Shraddha

Maybe if she put some effort in her acting skills, she would be able to breakout and get some roles which matter. Put her in Alia's place - she would absolutely ruin movies like Udta Punjab, Highway and even lighter roles the Dulhania series and 2 states.

Compare karna hai toh jhanvi, sara se karo. They would probably fall in the category you are talking about. And honestly, both Jahnvi and Sara are at par or better actresses than Shraddha. Baring your teeth in a smile, while doing dance movies is not dancing

Oh yes here is that link, he was caught in a sting operation talking absolute filth about entire BW. On the contrary, Shraddha looks quite Calm, composed and opposite of what her dad was. Maybe her father's not so great relationships in the industry is making her sound this way.

there is obviously a hirearchy in bw nepotism and she is on the low rung because of her dad

same as vicky or ajay devgan when he debuted, they are more "working class" then bw royalty

but as others said, she had ample oppurtunity and has zilch acting chops, unlike vicky and ajay

so she has got more then she has deserved and given her low key, pleasant personality she has maximized it, cant ask for more

Inner group has everything---they can manupulate very well------public can see it---and looks like public is now tired as well-- they will do anything to stay here---very well talented in this department, 😆,

so instead better to watch TV-- atleast new and fresh faces are coming--watch 60 episodes and leave it- we need something new and fresh to watch

I am litelarly bored to watch movies---havent watched it in theatre from long--and no time as well----from inside u dont feel like going to theatre--thats what most of my friends are saying--will watch on TV --it will come eventually😆

I might be pushing it here, but if you take off their off screen personalities, Sonam is probably a better actor than Shraddha. Purely on acting and performances.

And Sonam is quite awful as an actress to begin with. But she still managed to deliver to an extent with Delhi 6, Neerja, Aisha. Shraddha on the other hand had a couple of really good projects to showcase her skills - Haider and Haseena - and she fluffed those completely because of lack of talent
