It was anupama who had not sorted her priorities properly but it's anu who got the blame.

Anuj too was at fault who took decision of adoption too quickly. It was foolish to foster the child just after marriage.

Choices have consequences. Though I think he is a fool but it seems that without CA he does not have anyone near him who will love him for the person he is and not his bank A/c

I wish makers would have retained GK/Mukku in some way to provide some support to Anuj

Honestly yeah her contradictions and her flip flopping are disturbing. Why would she make such lavish promises to reassure him when she knew she couldn't fulfill them? It was like she was making decisions based on Anuj's reactions but not what she wanted to really do. Idk if that makes sense but it felt so disingenuous.

Why couldn't she reassure CA that her thought process was incorrect? If she felt that she didn't want to degrade Maaya in front of CA there are other ways she could have explained! She just sat there looking at her LMAO. So much for helping a child with their insecurities, especially when they've been manipulated into believing so. (The manipulation that Maaya did was so so wrong).

AND the fact that she didn't tell Anuj what CA said?? What happened to the honesty that you believe you have in your relationship??? Didn't they just have issues in their relationship because of honesty???

Keeping it from him was pure stupidity. If he knew, he could have spoken to CA and helped to address her insecurity (which MAA didn't even bother with).

On a side note, the way both Anuj and Maaya talk about CA seems like she's a trophy to be won and that it's a game. Poor kid.

Anuj has repeatedly said this indirectly that he is tired of MAA's mahanta. Without CA, he will have no one to call his own family. He can't trust AB BB as much anymore and GK and Mukku have disappeared.

All he will be able to do is spend money on AnuRaj's kids and when the turn to get anything fatherly from them comes, MahaRaj will meddle and start his acche pita rant and Anuj will have to coax his ego that he is only a buddy and not trying to be a father.

I miss Samar's character's strength in Sreemoyee here where he left the house immediately after Sreemoyee Rohit wedding into a seperate flat with his wife and kept more contact with Rohit than with the Senguptas.

There Rohit did not feel abandoned and the gatherings there were with those who only and truly cared about Sreemoyee and Rohit and not unnecessary meddlers like Sreemoyee's ex-husband or ex-MIL.

Overall, it is very sad that the writers used an orphan young child for Anuj to see Anupama's true colors! Pathetic💔
