I know whatever Jasleen did was wrong and pure evil . But that thappad was not needed . Specially infront of everyone..

Manbir could have broken things and cut all ties with Jasleen but she should not have slapped her. It wont solve anything

Now I know where does Angad get the trait of reacting violently .

Short summary for today:

Episode continues with Jasleen being pressed for answers about why she did what she did, and her giving an explanation it was to "save" the family reputation. Manbeer begins to get mad at her but Bhebey (I forget how everyone spells it properly haha) says she shouldn't in front of people that aren't family (pointing to Santu obviously).

Sahiba says that despite what her relationship might be with her family members, it doesn't give Angad the right to treat them badly or with disrespect. She says there will come a day where he will respect them the same way he respects his family - he of course says this will never happen.

Sahiba asks Santu to leave, and she hands her all the things she's brought. Santu says that she knows Sahiba isn't being treated well but Sahiba doesn't say anything. Instead, she tells Santu to lie to Papaji and Keerat that everything is okay and she is okay. Her mom apologizes to her before leaving. In the middle of all of this, she points to Angad that he hasn't realized what a gem Saihba is essentially.

Once Santu leaves, Manbeer lashes out and finally slaps Jasleen, twice actually before Bhebey stops her. She asks Jasleen to tell the truth but she doesn't. Manbeer points out that Jasleen, although she is denying it, her actions have always shown she's differentiated between Angad and Garry. She also points out that she wanted Angad to go through this misery as payback for no one having her back when she went through the divorce.

Before this whole session, Gurleen points out to Bhebey and Veer says this too that despite her world coming crashing down, Sahiba is standing resilient and strong, with that strength also showing in her face. Bhebey agrees, more of her warming up to Sahiba.

The whole Jasleen drama continues but they cut to Santu coming home to a worried Papaji and Keerat, wondering what took her so long and why she brought everything back. She makes up lies and it ends on her face looking in the distance because she's been asked if Sahiba is okay.

This show has shown potential. I'm excited to see the relationship between Angad and Sahiba develop, and with all the family dynamics. Honestly hoping after today's episode, Manbeer tones it down, she's been annoying. Santu was bearable today but her lies to Keerat and Papaji, she could at least make it realistic lol.

Also, someone mentioned the clown track! What track is that?

Excited to see what comes next and to locate where Seerat and Garry have disappeared to lmfao.

@bold true. I just hate Mongas . They are unbelievable. How can they believe Santosh that Brar will welcome her and accept Sahiba. Are they so dumb🤣

Santosh is incorrigible. This woman is so so so shameless that she doesnt care for anything. She always gets what she wants. Everytime she speaks She makes Others mistrust Sahiba for her overacting and lies

I am so happy Sahiba is still cold with her. Shaiba got small victory today . Now jasleen and gary will make her life hell . But its ok.

Yup she was . But slapping her will do no good.

She is evil and she deserved to be cut out from the family. Slap is not a punishment for her in my opinion

Also important to point out Sahiba mentioned the wedding planner Twinkle. Saying she can call her up and ask for the truth right away - despite Jasleen trying to twist the truth, it's obvious she's been caught by Manbeer. It'll be interesting to see if they find out Jasleen knew all along that Santu/Seerat were faking it.

I know in real life normal people don't do thappads for wrong doings. But this is drama and it was expected. Being in a joint family one couldn't take decision of cutting ties by herself. She ask the Veer to go away before doing it. Angad was there coz he was the one against whom the mistake was committed and a proof that his mom would stand up for him. It was also a lesson to the younger sis to tread carefully. In the second gen Manbir is the one with authority so yeah, I didn't mind the slap coz it was drama
