I agree with you, Smiley (about the first paragraph 😉)...I've the feeling that it is too quickley written off...and it would be nice if it WON'T be a flop...

Uhm, a film can perform better than 90% of the movies being released and still have disappointing collections. And yeah in the family comedy/rom-com genre everything else has flopped, but still you have bigger expectations given the people involved.

That said, it is still holding 15-20% better than Jugg Jugg Jeeyo. So if it can continue holding like that, it has anywhere between 45-60 Cr left in the tank. Which would still only put the ceiling at ~130 Cr.

Boxoffice site BOI...ha ha ha...Just an example: for BOI, Fan is - economically - a flop, for others, it is average. BOI declares a budget of 120 cr, but the movie budget only was 85 cr.

On a serious note, These guys found a new way of promoting their movies with Brahmastra - fake it till you make it. Brahmastra took a little longer to get exposed while this got exposed right away, that’s the only difference.
