I didn't watch ishqelaa but i guess sajal was a journalist. I dropped sabaat in the initial episodes itself but did mawra continue to work after marriage because she wanted to or because she had to? I saw the last 2 episodes and she quit her corporate job because of a guy she works with.

I guess being doctor is an exception in pak dramas. I guess it's because it's considered to be a divine professional and female doctors are mostly prefered for female patients. So female doctors are necessary.

Udaari also had urwa's character Meera becoming a professional singer and elevating her family status single handedly.

But the examples are far and few.

You only find sheriyar as the obstacle to a proper love story between Aaliya and Salman? There is a full paltan of characters with storyline of their own to eat up the screentime of Aaliya and salman😔

They should have increased the number of episodes airing per week and total number of episodes if they wanted to show such a big starcast.

Someone need to cast these two in a full fledged romantic drama with lots of scenes together. They have amazing chemistry and they both look like cute dolls who can act.

I just dont find Shehriyar an obstacle. I had made my peace with the drama being a family drama and will be showing us everyone's story. But after watching the song I felt more depressed. Why do we need to have an arrogant rich guy against a middle class nice guy in all the drama . Whats the point of bringing in a third wheel when Aliya is already a complexed character herself .🤔

This song seems like a Lollipop to me from the makers for Bilal and Sajjal fans ..But they added Shehriyar here too. 😒
