lol i never got the appeal of gajra on the hand and head..and how men get them for their partners in desi shows and movies.. do people do that in real life? is this a thing or just a desi show thing?
I have only seen gajra on hand in pak dramas. In Kerala we wear it on the hair during marriages or when wearing traditional attires for festivals and guys in general likes women in traditional attire and looks in south Asia so i guess they also like it when girls wear gajra on hair.
I like gajra on my hair. I forgot the last time I wore one but during marriages i try to wear them if Jasmine don't cost too much at that time😆.

The writer said murtasim will help her with studies. She knows I think the marriage was a ploy to chain her. This will come up I think Murtasim will realize if he truly loves her he has to let her be free, maybe there is a conversation what meerub says she will compromise in this marriage but she will never be happy with him, the shock will get murtasim to change his views. I have such high hopes in the end of drama meerub finishes law school. Please murtu don’t let me down.
I am yet to watch the interview.
Did she mention which studies?hope she wasn’t talking about biology😊
On side note , lawyers need to be calm and assess the situation given the hyper active she is , she is better suited as activist and she has all money in world at her disposal :-)
I saw writer Nooran’s interview. When Rabia asked what Murtasim wants from Merub She replied that He wants to get her with her willingness. He loves her and love make people blind.writer used an example of her own cousin who got married forcefully and could not love her husband back and then 2/3 years later her husband resumed her study and she started falling for him.Rabia Asked if the same gonna happen in here with meerub being admitted for law study.Nooran didnt give a direct answer but said ki pyaar mein na har cheez zayez ho jati hain.I have only one fear about the OST lyrics which is , the writer said ki “muhtasim meerub ko puri tahar hassil karna chahtahe” and the lyrics said “kya hoti hain bewafai tujhe karke dikhadunga” 🙄 And Nooran also said ki Murtasim ki past kahani samne ane wala hain ki what he had gone through…. 😖Originally posted by: Winterberry
Wanted your thoughts, we are thinking of so many scenarios as reason for separation but could it be like after things settle down and they are in happy phase meerab gets to know this marriage thing was actually Murtasim’s brain child to stop her from pursuing law and then she goes all nuke on him.

Me too I have seen the trend of gajra only in pak dramas😆
Its a subtle way of old school romance I guess in pak dramas.
In India I have hardly seen anyone buying gajra or wearing it 🤔
Not even in marriages, I think.
