Yes, 10 years has been a long time. I didn't even realise when time flies, it still feels that it's been just two-three years. It has not been a very smooth journey to be very honest. These writers call themselves journalists but Zero Effort or Research goes into their writing. I really don’t understand how they think can make a fool out of the readers and members who have been actively watching ITV for some years.
