If team is strong , then management team fault it seems , no strategies , no plans . So they ve to select nice coaches n strategists n they ve to concentrate on how to use d potentials of d strong players

Seems Rana of gg team had leadership qualities . She done well as captain when given responsibility tat too under pressure n suddenly ex captain n team suffering injuries . She had potential as captain n need guidance n experience n improvement .
