BK has faith in Sai. In fact she always knew her calibre. Just that she thought her capabilities worked against BK. Now that she favours Sai, she is carefree on Vinu's front. She knows Sai will handle him. It is just a matter of time. Just like V, BK has left the task completely to Sai. She is only ensuring that P does not interfere. With the understanding that P holds more rights and that Sai only falls short there, BK steps in only at that point. Where the authority takes precedence as BK is the supreme power in CN.

Hence her concern is not Vinu. Her priority rn is to get V-Sai close. One because she has seen V's dilemma and broken state. And two because she wants Sai to take over her place beside him asap to bring the family together. It makes the job easier once Sai is on board.

Also, I still feel BK and Sai have had a conversation already. And Sai would have made her intentions clear. So BK wants to ensure that Sai-V unite before Sai finishes mission Vinu. Or else she will leave CN which she can't afford.
