Alia is anywhere and everywhere, I couldn't even think about leaving my house for like 5 months after my first born. But again I didn't have my whole career depend on my looks, weight and connections.

My advice to her would be to enjoy this time, because they only stay this little for so long.

As for weight loss, if she is nursing, she could be losing weight through that too. As long as she is eating well and no crash diet, she will be ok.

Alia is really active for a young parent but so is Ranbir.

For sure they have 24*7 nurse/nanny on duty so it makes things very very easy for them. So we can’t compare the normal parents with them.

Alia has always been quite insecure about her weight and that is probably why she has rushed to gym/yoga to lose it as quickly as possible. But it would be better as a new mom to just take it easy coz her body has gone through a lot and it’s better to give her time to replinish!

I think Ash was the only top heroine who didn’t give a damn about weight post birth and actually received a lot of flak for it too.
