Yes. There are a lot of people like that. Many times we do things out of concern for people and don't realise until an incident pushes us out of oblivion. In fact, way too many people in this world are unable to listen to and truly understand how they feel because it's all too convoluted. Relationships are complex, and often we have too many feelings linked to a person or relationship and it can become confusing.
I'll give you an example. I had a complicated family life and for the longest time up till late 20s, I couldn't understand whether I truly cared for my family or not. There were many a times I tried to please them and do things for their happiness but at the same time I was conflicted because I was angry and stressed over what I went through. So I never understood how I truly felt. I'd always question whether I was trying hard for their happiness, for mine or because society conditioned me to. Not until therapy that I truly discovered that regardless of everything I always loved them and will do. And that I can love them, and yet feel angry with them. It sounds really simple and easy, but it took me a good 20+ years to understand it.

We fight ,argue , spend time together but we never realise our feeling for our family .
Its a taken for granted stuff .
I think girls mostly start valuing their family more after marriage .
We start realising how much our parents or siblings cared for us and how much we love them .
Its not like some shows where they are so good with each other ...that can never happen we are filled with emotions and we spill it out in family .
