Maybe he moved to her side. Big cars will have air bags so meerab had both the air bag and murtasim protection her. So she didn't get as injured as murty. Since both were not wearing seat belts murtasim might have jumped to her side or he might have rotated the stearing to his side so that the truck mainly hit his side of the car. The accident itself happened because of murtu and his rash driving but everyone is blaming meerab and she herself is feeling guilty. If anything she should be the one to be mad😆

Why does pak drama never shows actors wearing seat belts? Is it not necessary in Pakistan to wear seat belts?

The problem is with the makers adding so many tracks for a limited episode show. ITV can add these tracks and more because of the never ending episodes.
