It's not about triggering if it's the actual episode scene if he still can't say no & draw clear boundaries with her despite his realisation for Sai, Pakhi guilt tripping him again then what's the point. Yes, V was leading Sai in the dance and his steps and handholds, touching were initiated by him. V was drawing Sai close to him. Sai's body language was superb. The very first few steps it was obvious that she has not come to the wedding as a couple, but only to wish and entertain the new jodi.
