I don't think you really understood what YJHD was trying to say. Naina was never deemed ugly when she was wearing glasses. She did not undergo a makeover to "win" Bunny. She just grew up from a wallflower to a more confident person

If you are a Bollywood hero- always put your best friend ahead of your girl friend. Better still, hand her over to the said best friend because he loves her. Who cares about what she wants?

As a matter of fact the line between the hero and the villain was always drawn by whether the boy was trying to forcefully penetrate the girl or not.
