Invalidating VP marriage doesn't erase all his actions though. He was ok moving on with the very woman who wronged Sai. Sais last words to him were that P shouldn't be allowed in CN. Thats why she left. Today he stands married to P, adopted a child with her and giving her every right that a wife has not just on paper but also for real- in his room , in his life. Sai has seen with her own eyes - V hug P several times, hold her close, dance, buy her jeweley, feed each other intimately, Celebrate anniversary, exert a husband haq on P, call Sai teesri in his-P relationship, proclaim P as his wife to the world, seen him promise her and remarry taking pheras in front of their family, their honeymoon suite decorations which P flaunted to her, Vs inability to accept that P was dead and search for her which he didn't do for Sai, V telling major lies about Vinu's truth just for Ps sake... After seeing ALL this + recalling how he left her for Ps sake- to bail a criminal out and how he supported her illegal surrogacy and even snatched Vinu to give to her- after all this, its impossible that Sai can trust that his relationship with P is platonic and that he loves her. If he did, he'd never have done what he did all these years.

Invalidating V P marriage has one Major advantage though- it makes adoption invalid. So then even more so, no one can contest Sai's haq on Vinu

From the purpose of Sai V relationship, its inconsequential whether VP marriage is valid/not.

Sai sees herself as ex-wife and P as Vs wife and so do the others.
