Abhir's family tree had no photos of the Goenkas. The poor kid has not even met his grand parents?. He is going to be so over whelmed when he meets them and sees their mansion like home.

As for custody he has got no case.

- A mother has the right to give father's right to anyone so she prefers once she is divorced(thanks to Ash for this piece of information).

- Akshu is legally married and has given a stable home to Abhir

- Generally unless the mother is incapable of looking after the child or there is imminent danger for the child from his step father custody is always granted to her until such age that a child is able to make his/her own decision.

- Even if it comes to Abhir having to choose, he will choose Akshu and Nav

I want Akshu make him aware of this and tell him to at least remain loyal to his wife and daughter.

Have you looked at the other thread from zerroo. She has an interesting view about Abrohi agreeing to be in a fake marriage infront of society.

for me why i don't even like this idea of fake mg even if fake she will move in with Ab in to akshus old room ,that is gross

In lost he md his cousin brother's wife pakhi whom he liked before he had to marry sai, and she was also surrogate mom of his child. Sai was not connected to pakhi blood wise
