I attended a Sikh marriage once, didn't see the bride or any other women covering their faces or wearing sindoor... Just one section (if that's the correct term) of the Guru Granth Sahib was read and they were married. It was not as long Hindu marriages and not as many customs. Though its been a few years so memories are bit hazy
In such a case, I don't think bride swap is possible

Ya in Sikh wedding rituals are different. I think maybe they will hide her face from veil ... So i guess when they will take the pheras she will stop the ritual.
But ya, here it can be different. They might do something else but it will be like the og version only.
