I’d say it’s the writers fault and their lack of creativity…they had discussed during reunion after 1st leap itself they won’t allow families to come in between them. How stupid it was of writers to forget their own writing?

Why did they have to bring in leap and pregnancy in the first place so early? Their stupidity is reflected in the fact that they’re showing leads behave like villains and side characters are either glorified, whitewashed and all stupidity is done only by leads. Flaws can be shown in much better ways but these writers used it crappily for stupid unnecessary, completely mistimed leap which showed Abhimanyu like a villain. I mean was there even a need for leap in the first place? Even if they wanted it, was it necessary to show immediately after Aksharas miscarriage that it appears so very inhumane? That time they played with Abhimanyu’s core character and now with this fake marriage crap they played with Aksharas character…

It's a little bit of both. I mean, in his own twisted way, he does love her. To me, it's more like possession edging on obsession though.

Abhir knows Ak has a painful past and she usually gets panic attacks. They showed that after that incident when he calmed down Ak.

So, he might know Nav is not his real dad but doesn’t know exactly Abhi is his real dad. 🤔
